Using Blend Modes and Adjustments Layers we achieve a pretty cool effect that can be used on all kinds of Photography! hey i have photoshop cs3 what is the best site or book to learn from the start about using the progam ?

The lomo effect is a nice effect, but it cant be compared to HDR, the HDR effect is amazing!
